- Hot News: Semiconductors can possess the diamond-like crystal structure and ferromagnetism at room temperature, simultaneously (!). The old family of diamond-like semiconductors has been recently replenished with novel ferromagnetic materials composed of Ge, Mn, Zn/Cd, As/P due to II-IV-V2 ternary compounds.
